About Me
Welcome, I’m glad you’re here.

With over 30 years of experience in behavioral health field as both a clinician and senior mental health leader I returned fully to one-on-one work to create a small, intentional practice where quality of care comes first. My practice is designed for individuals who are highly capable, deeply responsible, and outwardly successful, yet internally overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck. Therapy here is thoughtful, focused, and collaborative, with an emphasis on meaningful change rather than surface-level coping.
Therapy is provided in a confidential, nonjudgmental space where honesty is encouraged and clients feel safe exploring what feels most challenging. My approach is collaborative and strength-based, helping clients build self-awareness, emotional regulation, confidence, and practical skills for daily life.

My clinical focus includes anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, substance use and misuse, life transitions, relationship challenges, and stress. Practice emphasizes individualized, client-centered care focused on trust, continuity, and meaningful therapeutic work.

I utilize evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness-based interventions, Trauma-Informed care, and Solution-Focused treatment. Sessions are tailored to support meaningful and lasting change.

If you’re seeking a thoughtful, experienced clinician who values connection, honesty, and real progress, you’re in the right place.
